Privacy and photo retention
Your photos and videos are private. They are never used as public examples or added to the sitemap.
What we process
Your two photos, the story choices you pick, the video we make, your order and, if you sign in, your Google account email. Photos are checked by an automated safety review before you can pay. The video model and safety review run at fal. Files are stored privately on Cloudflare R2; the account database runs on Supabase in the United States. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
How long we keep things
Photos are deleted 24 hours after upload, or when the video is finished if that is later. Photos you upload but never pay for are deleted after 24 hours. Finished videos are kept for 30 days. Download links expire after 5 minutes; open your video page again for a new one.
Optional statistics
Usage statistics are off until you choose Allow statistics. They count page views and order steps by broad source and device category. They never store your photos, file names, email, account ID or IP address, and expire after 90 days.
Deleting your data
Email support@aizombielovestory.com from the address you signed in with, or include your order number, and we delete your photos, videos and account. Payment records required for accounting are kept as the law requires.
